Trenchless Rehab Solution​

BulletLiner System® is an AWWA Class III semi-structural liner with a close-fit design for the trenchless rehabilitation of pressure pipes suitable for water, wastewater, gas, and oil. Installation is a straightforward process that requires two small excavation pits, one at each end of the rehabilitation span, to a depth of 1 to 2 feet below the lower pipe invert. This minimally invasive approach significantly reduces installation time and costs compared to traditional rehabilitation methods.

The exceptional flexibility of the liner allows it to easily navigate through multiple bends of up to 45º while maintaining the material strength of a steel pipeline. This flexibility allows for a wide range of trenchless rehabilitation applications, eliminating the need for costly and disruptive dig-and-replace methods and minimizing environmental impacts.

BulletLiner System® is NSF 61 certified and suitable for transporting various liquids, including potable water, reclaimed water, and wastewater. It has earned drinking water approvals in numerous countries, making it a globally recognized trenchless rehabilitation solution.

With its ability to withstand surge pressure ratings up to two times the operating pressure, BulletLiner System® provides a robust and resilient rehabilitation option for aging pipelines. The close-fit liner offers a budget-friendly, permanent rehabilitation of aging infrastructure with a 5-year material warranty and 50-year design life at approximately one-third the cost of digging and replacing.
